The Vegetarianism

There are no unity among vegetarians:

- Strict vegetarians eat only vegetative food,

- Ovo vegetarians allow vegetative and milk food for itself,

- Lacto-ovo vegetarians add eggs to their diet.

Some vegetarians become frutorians and keep only on crude fruit, and the “partial” vegetarianism includes a fish and the hen in a diet. Certainly, rich with fruit and vegetables the vitamin diet with the low maintenance of fats is useful to cardiovascular system and prevents risk of occurrence of many diseases.

What Dangerous?

There is a danger for vegetarians of shortage of important vitamin B12 which contains in products of an animal origin in the nature. Its lack can lead to occurrence of an anemia.

One more danger - shortage of vitamin D (especially in northern areas), formed at a sunlight and containing in milk.

What it is necessary to do? First of all, the vegetarian diet should be balanced so that to fill not acting in an organism with meat, a fish, eggs and dairy products fibers and starches due to products of a phytogenesis. To prevent deficiency of substances necessary for an organism, it is necessary to accept multivitamin additives.
